Atty. Ranielle Marie Cagang’s practice is solely focused on corporate and commercial transactions, data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, financing and banking. She is currently completing her Master of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines, specializing in Cross-border and Regional Practice.

Atty. Cagang is an experienced Corporate Secretary for various industries, including banking, financing, real estate, telecommunications and retail. She is also a Certified Compliance Officer handling corporate compliance.

Atty. Cagang has led negotiations for various mergers and acquisitions for both local and foreign clients. Notable M&As include the the first sale and leaseback transaction of telecommunications towers in the Philippines pursuant to the Department of Information and Communications Technology’s (DICT) common tower policy, the acquisition of a family-owned health maintenance organization and the acquisition of a famous food brand to be integrated in a larger food and pizza chain.
